I am Michelle Goldsmith and that is me on the magical day we brought home our boy Chaplin (it is hard to believe he is 2 now!).  

My motto is to always lead with sunshine! I believe that spreading sunshine provides an enriching environment that fosters innovation, creativity and growth.  

I am a brand visionary contributor to the executive suite for a global $1B+ industry-leading, SaaS company. I’m a resourceful and accomplished design leader with diverse experience in creative direction, branding and visual storytelling for wide-ranging, omni-channel creative executions.  

I am a coach that thrives on collaborating, inspiring and motivating. I foster a positive team-first spirit while guiding brilliant solutions through a strategic approach. 

I have a great passion for spreading sunshine through cooking, baking and taking great care in plating and presentation. There is nothing like making people feel special and creating long lasting memories.
